Anyone?

According to the story, Ronstadt fixed the woman with a steely stare and said, 'Really? Would you practice five hours a day, seven days a week, for twenty years?'

Barring a disability, anyone can learn to do anything. It simply takes work.

Agreed! I never complained that I don't play the piano as well as I should, because I never put enough effort into it. But it's alright, I'm a Jack of all trades, I'm content with knowing how to (somewhat) decently play the piano, bass, cello, trumpet, flute and guitar. I also agree with Quill that playing a musical instrument is a lot easier if you have natrual aptitude for it.
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

I can't see you unless you come to Birmingham, man. Sure we have a high murder rate, but those are usually domestic disputes so you totally won't be murdered if you come here - probably.

I meant to pick cello on the poll, because the cello is the sexiest instrument, often compared to a woman's body. It also sounds amazing. You know what else is amazing? The song "Glass Vase Cello Case" by Tattle Tale.

The only instrument I can actually play is the piano/keyboard, and that's super easy, a monkey could learn to do it. I used to be super proud I could play "Fur Elise," though. It's such a beautiful song.

I play a little guitar and bass. I think the cello would be cool, but I would really love to learn to play the vibraphone and organ.

Oh, I can't stand Für Elise! I love the second and third part of it, but the first.. *shudder* It's probably the most raped classical piano piece ever. But Beethoven is such an amazing composer, my favorite is the Moonlight Sonata, it's beautiful and nice to play.

I can sing (along) and whistle, but I'm a derp with any instrument. I don't have the hand-eye coordination for it.

However, my bro-in-law may very well be the second coming of SRV. He's awfully damned talented on the guitar.

I can work a guitar like it's putty in my hands. Easy like soft butter, but I'd trade it away to be a proficient Cello or piano player.

Guitar has become the most cliche instrument in the world. Anyone can play it and everyone seems to. Undecided
Regarding learning a new instrument: Its not that I don't have the will or the talent; I just no longer have the time.
