Why did you join this forum?

RE: Why did you join this forum?
I used to be part of atheistforums.com (well, technically I guess I still am), but after a while I just felt like I wasn't what that forum wanted, or something to that effect. I had heard of .org over on .com quite a bit, so I gave it a try after I felt myself drifting from .com. It was important to me to have something atheist within my own cybersphere, and this place3 proved to be quite welcoming.

I joined because I didn't want to be eHomeless when my old eHome (LurkingGlass) shut down and this looked like the best forum to be on, with a similar feel. Most forums are either too hostile to new members, have too few members to stay active, or have too many members for there to be a community where everyone knows everyone else. I love it here.

THe fact that my account still exists is proof of how chill it is here

I don't even really remember how I found this place. I got sucked in pretty quickly, though.

If we get a warning does it show up on the warning level thing?

Just wondering mine says Warning level 0%, but I've been warned.

Verbal warnings don't show up in your counter. Several verbals, severely breaking a rule or disregard of the staff are usually things we dish out official warnings for.
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

THat wouldn't have been an official warning requiring your warning level to go up. Merely a reminder from staff what you can and can't do.

So an official warning shows up. Does it sometimes go from 0 to 100% instantaneously?
