I was kicked out of the austin manor for the mentally ill in MN last January for drug abuse. While I was there I met a Lesbian who had been severely sexually abused. I try to get involved in activism as much as I can, not just for gay rights but for women's rights and minorities and so on. I was in the parade once with a local gay youth group, but in recent years I have become susceptible to heat exhaustion/heat strokes and I have decided that participating in a parade during an Alabama summer might not be the wisest decision.
