What goes well with peanut butter in a sandwich?

I like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I'm trying to modify my diet, and peanut butter is good for you, but not so much jelly. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions about what I could substitute for the jelly. I don't really feel like eating a peanut butter sandwich. It just feels like something's missing, because I'm used to using jelly.

You could substitute the jelly for a meat product. I have done that, and it is good.

Thanks guys. I do like banana, and have heard honey is good for you. I'm not a fan of jam. I'll try some of those things.
