Why did god create diseases?

RE: Why did god create diseases?
Yes. I've always thought that was rather silly.

"His ways are not our ways." Well, the god depicted in the Bible acts like a jealous petulant child who felt the need to create an eternal time out know as hell.

His ways are not my ways. That is true.

Some of the worst, and most ignorant lines ever thought up.

This god of the christians is one evil dude, and I can't believe how with all this evidence to the contrary, they're convinced he's the good guy. ROFLOL

But they always seem to know exactly what he hates.

On the contrary. Gods have always reflected the cultural mores of their creators. Yahweh is as good as example as any, judging from the outwardly angry rage-monster of the OT versus the more controlled, passive-aggressive version in the NT (until Revelation, when he loses it again).
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

Of course the same could be said of Jeffrey Dalmer. It doesn't exactly put his acts in a better light, does it?

Yes, and it's your fault you don't understand it. Don't forget it.

Cancer and depression in particular.
Death and disease were part of the judgment for Adam's sin.

Bacteria existed for many, many millions of years before even mammals walked/swam the earth, let alone humans.

Oh and don't forget the viruses! Or the prions!
