My understanding is that it is extremely hard on your liver when it has other active ingredients like tylenol. By itself alone dex still gives the liver hard work. However there is nothing remarkably or extremely bad about it. Tylenol is much much worse for the liver.

Thanks I feel terrible. It was my birthday and I was screeching like a madman. I got permission from my doc to take extra antipsychotic medicine. I get psychotically manic when sober but when I start adding drugs to it, it can be horrifying.

I havent been sleeping. If this continues I'm gonna wind up really wigging out.
