Believe it or not, most Christians care just as much about their life on earth as the next person. I find no fault in this, regardless of their or anyone else's beliefs.

Awesome! Good for you, Aractus. I am sort of in the middle of this transition myself. I am in the process of quitting a job I hate, taking a job I'm not crazy about, but that gives me the freedom to pursue my passion. It is important to have that drive in doing what you are passionate about.

Of course its not, but I'm interested in how Christians resolve this, especially from one that is actually capable of intelligent discussion.
