Representation: Stand proud!

RE: Representation: Stand proud!
I was born in Texas and later moved to Tennessee. Yep, the two "T"s in America, and I can't say I'm particulary proud or happy I've stayed in either location for as long as I have, but friends and family are here so I'll deal for now.

We would like to move to Canada or Europe one day, but I doubt we ever really will. I've always thought Scotland would be a beautiful place to settle down at.

Are we talking about ancestors? Or just where we were born and the culture we were born into?

BIG topic if it is the former for me.

Crowing about your heritage in this thread serves one purpose:

"I'm Mr. Meeseeks, Look at me!"

Can the Meeseeks here solve a real problem?

I wouldn't say I am proud of it but I love living in the San Francisco bay area of California. The climate is perfect for my liking. Rarely too hot in summer or too cold in winter. We don't get snow and we get very little rain. We sometimes get too little precipitation and suffer drought. But in a normal year most of our water comes from snow that falls in nearby mountains. With the bay and ocean nearby as well as many parks and open spaces there is much natural beauty too.

My hometown. I think I'll keep it.

I am a white bisexual atheist male American who was born in Pennsylvania, raised in Virginia, and living in Kentucky, and descended from English, Russian and Polish stock. None of these things is a source of pride for me; they are simply facts about me.
