Snowden

RE: Snowden
There is a marvelous special that was on PBS Frontline called The United States of Secrets.

http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/...f-secrets/

Nearly 3 hours long in total but worth the effort.

There is just one thing to remember.... and General Hayden says it near the end. If there is another attack the same people who are bitching about intelligence gathering will be demanding to know why the NSA/CIA did not stop it. As a nation, we are terribly hypocritical.

If anyone has trouble accessing those links let me know. I can probably upload it to Mega....which should piss the government off since that is Kim Dotcom.

RE: Snowden
I have the Snowden interview on my DVR, but haven't had the chance to watch it. Maybe tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it since it caused Peter King to turn a deep shade of red and foam at the mouth.

Quote:Recently The New York Times reported the "anguish" of a federal judge who had to decide whether to allow the force-feeding of a Syrian prisoner who is on a hunger strike to protest his imprisonment.

No "anguish" was expressed over the fact that he has been held without trial for 12 years in Guantanamo, one of many victims of the leader of the Free World, who claims the right to hold prisoners without charges and to subject them to torture.
