As for mormons when they bother me i debate them until they decide to leave.
Everyone should have a stack of Book of Mormon Missionary Positions pamphlets printed out by their front doors and when the Mormons come by there can be an exchanging of information.
I dare say, some of those missionaries would find their BOM-MP pamphlets more informative than we would find the straight up BOM.
