Where's the line between atheist and oppressor?

RE: Where's the line between atheist and oppressor?
I'm pretty sure that historically religious people have oppressed the masses a lot more than atheists. While there may have been atheist leaders who oppressed people, they didn't have a book that commanded them to kill everyone that didn't conform to their beliefs.

You're either a troll, or quite ignorant. The ONLY thing atheism is, is the non belief in a deity. Aside from that, atheists run the gamut between a generous, law abiding citizen, and a dictator that doesn't worship any gods.

To be able of having non-belief in a deity, there must be one, right?

Can you have non-belief in a deity if the deity does not exist? I find it kind of weird going around claiming not to believe in something which does not exist.

The point of atheists seems to be of a contradicting belief. You are the strangers upon this earth. God created this earth and your butt. Everything on earth is created by God and is His. It's not my problem if he kills you just because you don't behave. If you ever cared about your life anyway.

Ooh boy I do love me some presupps! The only way we can doubt God is because God is real. The only way we can disbelieve soemthing is if it exists.

When I look at your avatar, I think "there is a guy who deserve to be treated like a baby". The I read what you post, and it becomes clear you don't deserve that much.

Seriously? That's the best response you can come up with?

Quote:God created this earth and your butt. Everything on earth is created by God and is His. It's not my problem if he kills you just because you don't behave...

Daniel 9;9 The Lord our God is merciful and forgiving, even though we have rebelled against him;
...so merciful that he's going to kill us. And you're such a loving Christian that you don't care if we die.

Fuck off.

No.

And even if that were true, got any convincing evidence that it's your deity?

I'm lost for words on this. Are you trolling us or did you honestly click 'post reply' after reading what you've just written?

A big walking contradiction.

You don't care that your version of whatever god it is you worship would kill us for simply not believing in it? Yet you then post a cherry picked excerpt from the bible that tries to indicate that this version of god you worship is somehow 'good'?

How illogical. Also, 'atheists' aren't here simply to contradict your belief (whatever that is). That your beliefs are inconsistent and contradictory is your fault, not ours.

And why do you presume that we don't care about our lives? Don't get out much do you?

Are you therefore admitting that Islam is the true religion, since you lack a belief in the Islamic god, therefore it must be real, right? And Allah had no son, meaning Jesus can't be real, meaning that the christian god is fake.

Are you a muslim yet? Dodgy

There's only one true God, your maker.

P.S. Can you follow your own reasoning?
