You mean damned? Undecided It's an expression. I've been know to say OMG too.

Or did you mean something deeper like, "what do mean by behaving as if weren't just chemical reactions?" Because there is a platform or framing problem with that statement isn't there? Thinking

Love can be quite a selfish thing. Empathy doesn't have to be... though it can be amplified by love.
The gods offer no rewards for intellect. There was never one yet that showed any interest in it.

Sure, I could give my own opinion, but that’s no fun. I’m eager to hear from the rest of you. (And by the way, thanks all of you Tongue)
hmmmm I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop. If you're still here a month from now, then I'll +1 rep and shower you in kudos. Tongue

I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

@ bennyboy I don't think his shoes are big enough to hurt anyone.

@ XK9 Knight I am curious why you're here if you're worried it's trolling. I also think you probably ought to answer your own question, now that you've garnered some thoughtful answers.

No, I lived under a 1-legged man. It was very annoying.

I definitely separate love and lust. I think they're both wonderful beautiful emotions but they're separate in that I feel love towards some people, and I feel lust towards others. Never both. Maybe it's just me.

The word love is just a pointer, the word means nothing, but what it points to means everything. Love is realizing your true self, its realizing that you and everyone else are one, we are all connected, and this connection when realized is pure love.

By all logical standards, love is irrational. Despite knowing that, I enjoy being in love. Nothing else compares to loving someone and being loved in return by that same someone.
