Pat Robertson doesn't seem like he is all there to me. I just don't see why people still choose to get offended by this man. And furthermore, how the heck did someone like Pat Robertson get his own show?

starbucks evangelism in the U.S. is rampant and at the same time all you have to do here is turn on your tv early morning or late night and you will get Pat Robertson, Peter Popoff, Robert Tilton, Jimmy Swaggart, Morris Cerullo, Kenneth Copeland, Benny Hinn and the list goes on and on. America, home of the free and the brave and a store house for every sort of con artist known to man.

My relatives once donated to Oral Roberts. It is good for them that they are out of my reach, or else I'd give them a good talkin' to.

It's not evangelism it's sensationalist TV designed for entertainment and to get reaction just like in this thread. It's all a capitalists wet dream.
