That is some real existence increases when more goodness is done that corresponds to goodness. The good nature in the human increases that is, but not just metaphorically, but in reality. Would that be possible without a soul?

Would this inner light be a proof of the divine if it exists?

No, even if it does exist, and it doesn't.
