Slow Day In Merry Old England?

Slow Day In Merry Old England?
It seems the cops have nothing better to do.....

http://www.pbs.org/newshour/rundown/brit...ail-relic/

Quote:Twelve British police officers raided a pub in the rural England this week, in pursuit of a missing wooden cup that some believe to be The Holy Grail.

After receiving a tip that the missing artifact was seen in the 15th century Herefordshire pub at The Crown Inn, police executed a search warrant. They looked under floorboards and used fiber optic cameras to thoroughly examine the building.

So a dozen cops wasted their time and money looking for a phony relic of a phony crucifixion brought to England by a fictional character.

Assholes.

Everyday is a slow day. I gather they never completed the quest for the holy grail.

Any reason to go to the pub is a good reason.

By the way, this is nothing compared to the lack of news where I live. The local newspaper once ran "Cat stuck up tree" as it's front page headline, and another time, the front page story basically just acknowledged the existence of potholes.
