Jace, i also suffer both Bi-polar disorder and PTSD, and in the mid to late 90's experienced plenty of rapid cycling and mixed episodes. I agree, Cthulhu that those are the most dangerous and debilitating. Both conditions have been under control for years now, but like you the 48 years of my life prior to diagnosis and treatment were a slow motion train wreck. The good news (intentionally ironic choice of words lol) is that these conditions are much more treatable than they used to be. My life now is appropriately sedate for a 65 year old and comfortably free of drama. Hope your newfound stability is as consistent and comfortable.

And, BTW...what are your thoughts about 12 Step programs?

And, excuse me. The 12 step question was for vorlon.
