I'd like to see another section on AF called . . .
Psychology is a natural outgrowth of philosophy so I'm posting things in there which aren't really applicable to philosophy. I might have posted in another forum on occasion to avoid having to ask specific questions in the general discussion area.
I'm studying 'Applied social science', another title to consider adding to Psychology maybe? Just a suggestion, I'd appreciate having the space as there really aren't any good (free) psychology specific forums out there, and I'd like to be able to talk psych, soc', etc to improve my understanding, etc. I study via distance so I'd even be happy to moderate. If there were a god I would expect an after life.

Generally I'm opposed to "specific" forums, and I prefer more general ones. Psychology can be discussed easily in the Science forum.

Programming.
I know I'm not the only coding fiend on here and wouldn't it be nice to have a place to discuss and solve all those niggling little programming questions? If you don't want your beliefs to be ridiculed then you shouldn't have such ridiculous beliefs!

Could we have a general computing section instead? Echoing what I said before, I'm against specific forums...and I'm sure more people would want to talk about general computing than programming.
