3 Years today since Hitch died.
Today marks the 3 year anniversary of the death of Christopher Hitchens. Hated by some loved by many. I myself didn't always agree with him, but always loved his Jeffersonian bluntness about religion.

Sometimes it's great to go to Youtube, sit back, and watch the glory of the Hitchslap. I've never seen an orator who could eviscerate someone like Hitchens.

Yes. The first time I encountered the Hitch online it was in response to Jerry Falwell's death when he said, "If they gave him an enema they could bury him in a matchbox".

What a loss, the old bastard. Even when he pissed me off, he was entertaining. And he had a point, black label is an underrated whiskey for the money.

Hitchens was awesome...

Famine, struggle, bitterness, war, suffering, misery, all of that for 98,000 years. Heaven watches this with complete indifference. And then 2000 years ago, thinks “That’s enough of that. It’s time to intervene,”…
