Naturally, it was the CIA. It was to distract people from their pyramid-based genetic engineering programme run amok that created Bigfoot, who (if the chemtrails hadn't interfered) would have provided the key to Atlantis which is at the bottom of the Bermuda Triangle, currently being ruled with an iron fist by Amelia Earhart.
