So a pal in Holland sent me the movie and I finally tried to watch it last night.

Holy shit, what a disaster.  Not only did they write this 'moses' clown into Egyptian history, they also showed pyramids being built in the New Kingdom (they were passe, by then) and placed the Battle of Kadesh during the lifetime of Seti I.  Moses, hairy motherfucker from the start, tries to start a trend of beards in Egypt but it seems that doesn't work.

The scene where Moses organizes a guerrilla army of slaves was beyond belief.  I guess 'god' forgot that part when he wrote his fucking bible.  I see what you mean about the 10-year old little snot nose of a god.  Moses should have kicked him in the ass.

I actually shut it off after an hour to watch the fucking local news.  As bad as the Cecil B. DeMille version was this thing was even worse.
