You think that the government just hands out money without any impetus from the recipient? The difference, again, is that I can't actually bow out of my taxes. You;re really scraping the bottom of the barrel aren't you. Nevertheless, even if I could and I were a hypocrite.....that would have what effect on my position? Nada. Logic 101.

Yeah and if you really thought they were unjust you should have deserted.....cause that would have been the principled thing to do. And no one is forcing you to pay taxes....you can simply quit your job and stop working. No income....no taxes.

-as an addendum...anyone who advises a soldier who volunteered to desert, or states that the desertion of said soldier would have been a more principled decision....has lost any grounds upon which to discuss principle as it applies to soldiers, and possibly to discuss principle at all.
