A: this is not Rob Dougan's original Clubbed to death but the Kurayamino Mix.
b: You are probably confused with William Orbit's version of Adagio for Strings.

To be fair, though, the Kuryamino mix has been far more popular than the original mix, to the point where it, instead of the First Mix, would be released on Dougan's debut album.
