We spread out to North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.. like most Scandinavians... We have a Lefse cart here in Portland, Oregon. Yum!

Mmm, yea, everybody loves lefse. Although we don't eat them as much anymore. I guess our traditions are dying out here. Good thing we got someone overseas to take care of them.
