Interesting. Astonishing how christians can be so comfortable in their dishonesty, I know I wouldn't be. I wonder if similar things go on here between the theists?

I strongly suspect that something similar has occurred among the theists on this forum but they will never admit to it. Drich, for example, is a Calvinist. Although there might be exceptions, Calvinists tend to be judgemental about who is and who isn't a Christian. He has also said somethings that I know the other theists on this forum probably find bothersome, such as his views on slavery.

Ah yes, Calvinism. I encountered one or two of those strange species on another forum. They are certainly special.

Out of interest, anyone know what mixture of christians we have here currently?

Tubby in your opening statement you said that because a majority of atheists agreee with each other, atheist must therefore be correct. However a majority of people in a room could agree to throw someone out the window, arevthey therefore correct.

I'm not sure if it's a good example?

We would be saying that if 10 people decided to throw a person out of the window it would be OK if they had independantly come to that decision by sound reasoning and logic. I would be OK with that I suppose.

The comparison would be 10 people that already believed they should throw him out of the window but couldn't agree how to do it?

I don't know how to make your point seem relevant to be honest. My point is that atheists generally are in agreement in their lack of belief in god (at least). Christians believe in god but seldom seem to agree on what that actually means (by virtue of it being something that they largely construct in their own mind).

I don't think that is what Tubby said

Fair enough...but how many ways are there to throw someone out a window?

RE: Christians Unite
How can any Christian denomination unite with any other of the 39,999 schisms when they are all apostates of the DEVIL ???

Those 39,999 schisms need to renounce, rebuke and repudiate their manifest ERROR, and join US if they want to experience SALVATION !!!!

Praise JESUS !!!!!!!!!!!!
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

He didn't say that.

You're equivocating the moral sense of the word right with the ontological sense of right.
