Too right. In order for an apology to be sincere, one has to have humility, humanity, compassion, and a sense of right and wrong. Bibi has none of these.

Now that the election is won. it's time to weasel back into the good graces of the international comunity. He knows very well that lip service is sufficient in the diplomatic community.
