Going online and interacting with people is something best done only if one has a thick skin. Whether one is running a site or just visiting. There are plenty of obnoxious people online one is likely to encounter either way.

Some complaints will be legit, but a lot of them will be frivolous, and you will occasionally get a person who tries to make it personal. Funny, I'm a lot more laid back now than I was when I was a site mod/admin, but that's just how things go sometimes. I could've used my current attitude back then.
