[Fixed] Smiles box is partially covered (and fonts!!!)

When I'm typing down a reply for anything the smiles box on the left side of the screen is about 1/5 covered and it makes it hard for me to select smiles. It is covered by the text box and everything else below and above
Also how do I select the font size in this forum?

Fixed.
The font size selection widget looks like a blue uppercase A with a red up-and-down arrow next to it.

Loved that the smilies box was much smaller.
