Can I request a temp Ban for a month?

It is obvious that I am headed on a path of being banned permanently so it is probably a good idea that I simply just take a break.  At some forums they have a "ban me" thread where one can request to be banned for a period of time.  Say you have finals or something so you request a 1 week ban.  I'd like a month ban please.

I feel like mods and former mods are trolling me and when I respond in kind. I get warned.  Here is an example:

I wish Heywood could have a vagina for a while, just so he could lay back and find out how "cumbersome" vaginal sex is when someone as idiotic as him is at the wheel.

Another no content post from a lying lizard.  You'd be more productive if you went back to your garden and ate some aphids.

I am not an idiot and she knows it. She doesn't like my views so she chooses to demonize me.  That pissed me off an in the heat of anger, I respond in kind.  Next time I log on, my warning level is increased.  Would have been nice to have gotten a PM as to why but I am pretty sure it was that exchange.

I can't win here, so perhaps it is just better to take a break and let things chill off.

That is a good suggestion.  I'm going to do that right now.  I would still like a temp ban though.  That way I can't get suckered into logging back on an inevitable troll posts is directed at me.

You might take that month to do a little self-examination into your own trolling habits.

Interesting, Heywood, that you're trying to come off as a victim, when it is clear to everyone else who is in the wrong. Cthu's right; a little self-examination would do you well. Also, I won't be swinging the banhammer. The way I see it, a little self-discipline will probably help you.
