Like this example (DeviantArt shoutbox).

I think it (originally) was the catalyst, at least in DA, of making chatrooms a big thing. I figure mimicking the evolution of how DA did their Shoutbox->chatroom transition might help increase shoutbox activity and make AF a little bit bigger.
