Why does "god" need a lawyer?
People always feel the need to do Yahweh's work for him, since he never seems to do anything himself. The ever powerful, and ever present god is too busy to do something about things these people find repulsive.

Cut him some slack, he is fully occupied dealing with his own nonexistence.
It wasn't so hard when he was just trying to work with his chosen people. Now he's supposed to tend to everyone, and as time goes on we're living longer. How many people were there a few thousand years ago? We're seven billion strong now, and he just can't keep up.

Once a Christer invokes a single jot or tittle of Leviticus against someone else, they themselves immediately become responsible for keeping every word of it sacred and inviolate in their own life.

They love that part in leviticus, and ten of the commandments in exodus, but ignore all the other crap in those two books. Of all the things Jesus was concerned about, homosexuality seemed to be one of the things he was least concerned with, but many christians are obsessed over. Why is that?
