The New Atheist stuff (which most folks have recommended so far) gets pretty samey after a while. What particular topics are you interested in from an atheistic perspective? (Perhaps topics related to your deconversion?)
I'm interested in anything really, whether scientific, philosophical, or just argumentative. I am just trying to learn more to both strengthen my arguments and broaden my perspective.

(Just trying to get towards something a bit more specific - there are so many books out there relevant to atheism/religion that it is tricky to know where to start without simply giving you a long list of my personal favourites!) Nonsense: A Handbook of Logical Fallacies by Robert J Gula will help you learn logical fallacies and how to identify them, and also basic argument in the form of syllogisms. Not comprehensive by any means, but a reasonable place to start.
