Said that there was a "personality" conflict and that it wasn't working out for them

The guy I was working for a holier than thou asshole.

Every time I asked him for help or clarification on anything he would scold me for not knowing what I need to do.

He briefly taught me in the beginning what to do and then gave me an email laying some things out.

Unfortunately, the instructions weren't exactly that great and he sucked as a teacher. I came to him to ask about certain things because I didn't understand them.

Two days ago they came to me and told me that I needed to be more independent. They fired me this morning... Yep
