Hey Rob,

I don't know how that happened since I did nothing to alter the color. Is anyone else having this problem?  Let me know what I can do and I will do it.

That one really ticks me off. They pounce on the weak and on people who have fallen on bad times and take full advantage. A person in need is often very malleable and they know it. Missionaries are the worst example of this.

Anyone who helps another person out of the goodness of their heart and expects nothing in return has got my respect and admiration. Doing it for an opportunity to advance an agenda is contemptible. It's like a boss giving a raise to an underling because it will make it more difficult for her to reject sexual advances. It's a particularly dirty tactic.

 11 They also claim that odious things in the Old Testament were done away with by the New Testament even as they continue to use the OT to prove some of their beliefs.

Even 'big ticket' edicts and strictures straight from Jesus' mouth, like not remarrying following divorce, can be totally ignored by current day Christians and they don't feel one particle of apprehension about it, apparently, because despite claiming to be so fully and completely filled with belief in the Jesus, nevertheless on this matter, THEY know better than Christ does.

General inconsistency; taking some parts of the bible literally, some metaphorically, reinterpreting some, and ignoring others. And it's not just churches that do this but individuals so you end up with a million different interpretations of the bible, all uniquely tailored to the individual. And what's worse is that that seems to be encouraged as a way of creating a 'personal relationship with god'.
