Let's be honest here. We can worry about all this shit after you get working. Doesn't fucking matter whrre., by the sounds of it you need cash flow and fast. Nothing is worse then no money for depression. My advice. Get a shitty job anywhere for now and then work on getting a job you want.
Jobbanks are your friends. I have what you use in the us though.

I love you guys; seriously, I was thinking about taking a break for a little while, but I'm really glad I didn't.  You guys rock.

I can't remember for sure (I'm a fucking stoner), but I think it was Parker's who deemed me the "Feet-to-the-fire-holder". Right now, I'm holding my own feet to the fire.  I have been afraid to fail for the past... six or seven years?  I wouldn't be able to tell you guys what made this happen, but I can express that, until recently, I've always just kind of been good at the things I try, but apathy stemming from depression means I don't try anything because I've been there and done it.  The thing is: my ADHD has been getting worse as I've been getting older, and so has my depression, but I hate being on meds more than anything. I'm a creative type with a need to feel my life, even if the feeling is ironic, utter apathy.

I have to give SOW SO much credit right now.  B, you have caused me to dust off my Mac, listen to the files I've got, and decide that what I've got is probably perfect.  I've made a resume specifically to be an on-air personality, and I've found four jobs positions worth applying for.  Also, I'm going to go beyond those and send my resume and files to every radio station in the area.  Darlin', you've given me an epiphany, and that's what I was looking for, so thank you thank you thank you <3

College degrees matter little. Sadly.

Unless it is a degree for something major like being a lawyer or a doctor, it is pretty much useless.

Why not just apply for a regular job where you can earn some money for a time until the time where maybe your degree allows you an opportunity?

Well, I'm doing that, but I'm running into walls, so I'm thinking outside the box... and I think it might work!


So, I'm listening to all my old tapes, and some footage from when I was on-air with my "mentor", and realizing he was fucking with me the entire time.  I kind of wish he had decided to make characters out of us, and we could have had some fun bits; instead, he got weird. Bummer.  Doesn't matter: I have some really awesome clips!

This is an area I know pretty much nothing about, but it might be useful to make sure you're under the care and supervision of a doctor or therapist, because life's normal anxieties can be magnified out of proportion by ADHD and depression. And that can derail you from time to time and put you on a downward spiral by making things seem worse than they are. It sucks that you have to deal with that, but keeping it under control can keep your brain from sabotaging your good efforts.

Congrats on moving on your radio career!

Depression is bad enough with out having to do a major task like a job search.  Big kudos to you for doing that!  Please recognize that is a huge step for you right now and give yourself some love for doing something like that!  Like your name says...you rox!

As far as cash flow goes.  While I was searching for a career, I got a job in a call center.  Yes, you are behind the desk, however, the amount of people that you get to talk to keeps you on your toes and makes it interesting.  The jobs generally pay better than most entry level positions.  Strictly for cash flow, you might try that while you pursue your true passion.
