A. It isn't as clean as looks in the picture now that the ribs have been cooking for 3 hours.
B. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, and this is just the second time it has been used.

My old charcoal smoker gave up the ghost earlier this season, so I decided to try electric. Temperature control has been brainless... It has bluetooth and there's an app for my phone. So far the results have been fantastic.

MMM, those ribs are making me hungry!

My husband is about to go grill up some meat, but nothing as good as that. I am reduced to eating pre-cooked Safeway ribs...but they cook them there at th estore, so they aren't bad for all that.
