What do you do?

RE: What do you do?
I coach Cheerleading, and I do Yoga. I do a lot of running too. Some of the girls at school convinced me to sponsor a Yoga club for next spring, so I'm excited about that.

Cross fit, running, yoga, and some spin classes. Not all on the same day, of course. Big Grin

RE: What do you do?
I was a runner in high school. Ran cross country and track all 4 years. After I graduated, I ran 3 miles every day, either alone or with company. I kept it up for several years, but it slowly began to dwindle down. Now a days I stay in shape by going to boot camp classes at our gym and/or I do work out videos from home. Inanity and 21 Day Fix are my personal favorites.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Only a superficial similarity.  Nope, not me.  Well, you know, when I was younger maybe.

right now I only lift and do calisthenics. I am working 2nd shift until mid september but after that my shift will change and then i can go back to martial arts. Jujistu is probably one of the toughest exercises you can do for both strength and cardio.

I am a slave for greedy people who are the epitome of the me me me phenomenon.

Ohhh, sports.....never mind the above.

Ahh Sports. Miss those days. I was a runner and baseball player in HS but that was 18 years ago. I was an avid bowler in my early twenties, but that's hardly a sport. I stay trim and in shape by chasing the 5 kids/dogs around our 1.5 acre property. Playing the occasional touch football with other 30 somethings and pickup basketball games at the rec center.
