Ok so you wouldn't pass the caa exam. I'd stick to healthy foods, regular exercise and never ending flights.

Hang gliding provides me all the exercise I need. Running, using my arms allot. I'm a body builder and I'm the fitest git on my street.

Roller coasters only gives you one thing. A mouth full of puke.
