Sadducees were one of the main jewish political and religious movements in teh years between c.150 BCE and 70 CE.
The Pharisees were at times a political party and a social movement and a school of thought in during the time of second temple judaism. I'm guessing as to why jesus didn't like both is pretty much like the republicans hating change pretty much.
Atheism is a non-prophet organization join today.

Paul and all of the apostles were Pharisees. Christians and muslims are also modified Pharisees.
