There are some extremely nasty assholes we are droning that really, really hate it.
Karma sucks. The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
Drones provide the disconnect needed for imperialism to be maintained without the burden of social responsibility.
Apps like that undermine this dynamic. As resources dwindle they will be put to further and further use to take what we need from the third world countries. To produce everything from your electronics to your body wash. Until a better way to procure resources is found to support the first world lifestyle this will continue until the last embers of civilization die out and with it another species that outgrew its food supply.
