if you think the car belongs

blue eye hanging, never tangle
license plate long and rectangle
Need more proof? Just pop the hood

No. That guy is from the UAE. you can tell from the shape of the turban/headscarf.
Many Saudies don't wear it like this; they were it with a circle called "aoghal" over their heads.
