While I understand the need to be environmentally friendly, nothing can ever replace the smell of paper book be it old or new. The feel of well worn spines and the slip-woosh noise of turning a page. Goodness it's the thing I miss most about seeing. On the other hand I'm not searching for shelf space unless you count deleting apps to make room for more books. And all my books are instantly at my fingertips. And while I know it's technically stealing (hey I buy when I have money) books are so much easier to access through downloads.
