I'm not sure where you live in the world, but in my opinion you are free to say what you think.  What you cannot control is how others take it and any consequences or ramifications that may come of your words.  Certainly a phrase like that is bound to draw attention.  Personally as a Christian, I find it saddening that you would want me killed without knowing me at all or ever interacting with me. I'm not sure if I missed your intro or not in to why you garner so much hatred for an entire group of people.
Well, it does put me in an awkward position. I think you're probably a nice guy; polite, a smiling avatar. Here's the thing though, I wish that Christianity didn't exist. So if I get mad and say that I wish all Christians were dead, I can't honestly say that I wish all of them were dead. That would be all my aunts and uncles, probably some of my cousins, nice people like you and untold amounts of other nice religious people. So now, I hope you don't think I "literally" want to kill you. I just get really mad at the shit I see in the world, I tend to want to express the level of how I feel. Don't take it literally.

No i don't take it literally but I appreciate you wanting to clarify.  I take it exactly as you described, frustrated at an idealogy and wish it to be eradicated, but I'm glad you can denote that difference between "kill all Christians" and "eradicate Christianity".

Again, I'm not clear on what about Christianity has you to the point of frustration you are at.  I myself have issues with people who identify as Christian and promote certain beliefs.  Here's the thing though.  Each person is responsible for their own beliefs and some of them will believe them whether they are religious or not.  You need to take each person as an individual in my opinion and not categorically lump them all together because I can guarantee you that no two Christians (or those of ANY group) will agree an ALL things.  I'm a Christian who has no problem with gay marriage or women's rights to abortion.  I have my opinions on it, but keep my nose out of others business.  What I'm saying is address the individuals, not the label they place on themselves.

If your issue is Christians against gay rights for example, I personally have three friends who are opposed to gay rights/marriage and two are atheist and one is Muslim.
We are not made happy by what we acquire but by what we appreciate.

Umm if you publicly talk about wanting to murder an entire group of people, I'm sorry, but you deserve every bit of what's coming to you.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Words have weight; that's just how it is.
If you a bad temper, get a handle on it.
Think before speak.
Choose your words carefully.
Don't learn the hard way.

Until you figure all of that out, you should probably avoid using hyperboles.

That's right.  Free speech often comes up against other rights, like the right of people to feel safe, or not to face prejudice.  When you start talking about the death of large groups of people, then you shouldn't be surprised if they take your "harmless free speech" as a sign of impending action, and take preemptive action.

Balance matters.

You should live a while with a muslim majority country, then you will start to appreciate the christian retards.

Yeah, just become okay with how things are. I'm sure that will work out great. I have no idea where this school of thought comes from, but it's not appreciate. I will express as much disdain for something I disagree with as I want. Is what I disagree with distasteful to you? I don't really see how you would be okay with Christianity seeing as you're an atheist. Maybe you have a live and let live philosophy in life. I do not feel comfortable living in a society with so many Christians and religious beliefs. They are the ones corrupting morality, repackaging other's morals and calling them their own, make believing a prejudice and bigoted asshole god in the reflection of their own ego, spreading absolute nihilism in the belief that without god there's no meaning to life. They are an absolute fucking cancer and I dislike and distrust religious people. You can have fun in your pathetic little PC world of shit.

That's a nice cardboard cutout you have there.

I've got Christians in my family who in no way fit your stereotype, but hey, you're entitled to your own opinion, no matter that it doesn't accommodate the varied facts as they are.

Sure, not all people believe in a bigoted god, but Religion is absolute nihilism, in the sense that without god there would be no meaning. People always say religion comforts people, why else would that be besides the person is totally nihilistic. Yeah, you can defend religion by saying some religious people aren't like that, but it's just pandering and the second part of my statement is something that applies to all religious people.

Funny how you talk about bigottedness and at the same time sit there and say horrible things about an entire group consisting of billions of people, including that you wish you could talk about wanting to murder them.

Welcome to the Hall of Shame. I normally don't like the idea of it and have only posted someone's quote on there one other time. But sometimes there are certain things that deserve to be exposed.
