A question about Buddy Requests

A question about Buddy Requests
Just curious.
If you receive one and don't respond does the requester still get notified whenever you post? Is that even what happens?
How does it work? Thanks.

RE: Buddy Requests?
Every time you don't respond to a buddy request a kitten gets sadface :c

Changed thread title, so people don't think I'm soliciting Buddy Requests.

I don't know. I'm assuming it notifies you when your buddies post or vice versa, but I really don't know.
I'm trying to find out that out!

Fine, I'll be your buddy. But no nooky on the first date.

I don't think it really does anything.

I sent a lot of buddy requests when I joined, and I don't think it's much more than a list. I don't get notifications when they post.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

I did the same thing but couldn't find any purpose in it so let it go.

No one has ever asked to be my buddy, frowny face.

Is there even such a thing as a buddy request? I've never gotten one nor have I found the option.
