I've always been a loner, so my immediate problem would be figuring out how to identify coco beans and make chocolate. Normally, I wouldn't consider suicide a reasonable option, but if if I positively knew that there was no one left in the world but me, what would be the point? It would just be a matter of time before complete insanity set in.
I'd just as soon find a bottle of Dilaudid and drift away, then spend the rest of my life talking to basketballs. 
Yes, I would be lonely but I'd find things to keep me entertained.
