I'm of the opinion that such cases should be charged as murder.
Honestly, I'd be satisfied to see the driver charged with criminally negligent homicide, provided that actual, real prison time was served upon conviction.
I also might not mind five minutes alone with them with a pliers, a hacksaw, and a cricket bat.

I think the camera has warped the proportions of their hands and it makes it even freakier, it's giving her talons.

Feeling bittersweet. Today was my last day at school. It's official. I am now a licensed cosmetologist.
