In america when you grow weed the nsa, cia, fbi, national gaurd, seal team six, the navy, the airforce,
the marines, us army rangers, men in black suits,state law enforcement, county law enforcement, local police, the pizza man, and grandma shows up.

In Mexico, if you grow weed, and aren't part of whatever local cartel is operative in your area, you will have your testicles burned off with a torch while watching all your kids get disemboweled, before they cut your head off and bury all of you in an unmarked grave with all the other victims that week.
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
