It's true.  The caveat is that if you deliberately set traps for burglars or trespassers you might very well be liable not only civly, but criminally.  So no trip wires, pit traps,  or land mines.

If you place warning signs, and the trap can plausibly serve another function, and the trap does not involve illegal substances, you might be okay. Ex: danger, high voltage wire!

By every war presented to her to vote on, you mean the Iraq War. The only war that she had a chance to vote for as a Senator. Okay. I disagreed with that war, and the results, in hindsight, proved Bernie right. (Which is one of the reasons I want Bernie to win).

Pursuing an aggressive foreign policy is the default position. Even Bernie will have an aggressive foreign policy. Going after ISIL and postponing regime change until after you accomplish that is still an aggressive foreign policy. Every politician running for President should be tried for this nebulous "war crimes" by your definition.

You won't address Bill Clinton's war crimes? Even if none of that fell on her, she was married to a war criminal and fully supported him politically. Everybody running for president is most certainly not a war Criminal, as they haven't all actively committed or supported war crimes. Although many of them are likely to become one. We've had nothing but War Criminals in office since Jimmy Carter.

Hillary is definitely the worst of anybody running for office in terms of what she's actually done and being complicit in though. Maybe you could pin Jeb Bush with complicit in his brother's though, unless he was willing to repudiate his entire family's political history.
