I was in Japan in 2000 I loved it. Really clean, no gun crime to speak of. Went to the Hard Rock in Tokyo. An Australian man told us of seeing a drunk guy on the subway platform laying down. He said he came back 2 hours later the guy was still there his wallet still in his back pocket, nobody had touched him. That would never happen in any American Subway.

I was only upset I didn't get to see the top of Mt Fuji, it was too cloudy the day we passed it going back to Tokyo.
