Um . . . my Father "invented" peanut butter and mustard sandwiches.  I know it sounds awful, but they're actually pretty good.

Not too weird, and something I picked up in Wisconsin;

cheese and mayo on a BLT

Something else they do there is gravy on french fries, pretty good but probably a bit much cholesterol-wise

I like a slice of cheese on apple pie, nom nom nom !!

One of my cousins eats cottage cheese with a great deal of pepper on it and ketchup too.

Looks like an abortion, but he loves it.
