There is no argument for the existence of "God"

Most, the vast majority, of the believers have never had a conception/thought that there needs to be an argument for existence. It just is, no questions asked. They are happy in their bliss, with their status quo. Why rock the boat? Just as you're told and all will be fine.

Yup.  Thinking critically is difficult, and religions are engineered to make questions aimed at them difficult emotionally for the person asking.  There's a ton of social pressure in play designed to keep people in the program, whether they want to stay or not.

I'm a Brit and around here Christianity is dying.
Churches are shutting and being turned into other things or being knocked down. For example, where I was christened is now a pub.

How on earth did you come to the conclusion that I think that?  Or that I care whether or not my thought process is obvious to others?

Newsflash - I'm not religious.  My 'team' is humanity on the whole.  While I think theists are delusional, I really only care when they try to make others believe in their bullshit, or attempt to enact legislation or perform other actions that harm society because they think the viewpoint of ancient peasants is somehow relevant in the here and now.  Otherwise, I could really give a shit if someone's imaginary friend gets them wet or whatever.

I've said it many times on here: most of the important people in my life are theists.  I don't care that they believe.  So long as they don't try to convert me, or use their belief to justify being heinous, I'm fine with them.

People are not convinced with your arguments and/or have sufficient reasons for believing in god in general or being a Christian specifically. Before you whine about appealing to numbers, I am pointing out that perhaps you think too highly of your arguments that you think are so obvious when a ridiculous majority hold a different view--even after 150 years since Origin of the Species.

I'm am pointing out that despite quite a bit of time (150 years since Darwin), it does not seem your arguments are sufficient to even slow the growth of religion.
